Michigan Delivery Status

We apologize to our Michigan customers who have been seeing delivery delays or incomplete shipments recently.

These problems stem from our move into a new, larger, modernized warehouse facility in Livonia. We are confident this new warehouse will result in improved service to our customers, suppliers and the state of Michigan. But at present, we are experiencing difficulties meeting our usual high service standards. We have made a number of changes and expect those will result in much improved service in coming days.

Below is a delivery schedule, by region, that reflects the current situation. This schedule will be updated regularly, so please check back from time to time to get the most recent information.

We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and challenges our problems have caused you.  We are committed to earning back your trust by improving our service and our communication with everyone involved.
